LOSS

I feel like barfing.  I drank 2 much red wine.

I don't know how to attain motivation/discipline apart from caffeine.  Thoughts?  Maybe an intravenous Ralph Waldo Emerson drip.  Otherwise I'm at a loss.

  1. I suffer from the same disorder, and have recently taken up Zantac to support my stomach lining as I reach for the day's cup'o'joe. Sad.

    I read that a 10 min walk provides a longer lasting form of creative energy than caffeine. It's hard to believe empirically speaking, though.

  2. Tasha - your second paragraph is probably the most inspiring thing I've ever heard. I need to remember that! 10 minute walk. Hmmm... so doable - even on a work break!
